How to execute this intervention

This intervention is available as a designed banner, which can be used in larger, more visual RTI displays. It can still be executed very simply in dot-matrix style RTI displays, just using the words Time to bin your gum? When trialled, this was effective displayed for 2 seconds at a time, every few minutes.
